Badass Trailer for SISU 2: ROAD TO REVENGE Unleashes Brutal Bloody Action

Sony Pictures just dropped the first trailer for Sisu 2: Road to Revenge, and it looks every bit as wild and bloody as fans of the first film could have hoped.

The original Sisu from 2022 became an instant cult favorite thanks to the story, Jalmari Helander’s stylish direction, and Jorma Tommila’s unforgettable performance as Aatami Korpi, the silent one-man army who tore through Nazis with grit, explosives, and sheer willpower. Now he’s back, and this sequel is about to crank the mayhem up another notch.

The story picks up after World War II, with Korpi returning to dismantle his family’s house, planning to rebuild it somewhere safe in their honor. But revenge has a long memory, and the Red Army commander who murdered his family, played by Stephen Lang, comes back determined to finish the job.

What follows is a vicious cross-country pursuit that pits Korpi against waves of Soviet soldiers, brutal landscapes, and endless opportunities for gnarly, inventive violence. And yes, his trusty dog is back for round two.

The final moments of the trailer are pure madness, the kind of over-the-top action that had me laughing out loud in sheer disbelief. It looks like Helander has doubled down on everything that made the first film so much fun, delivering clever, shocking set pieces that blur the line between gritty survival and outrageous pulp spectacle.

Sisu 2: Road to Revenge is a wall-to-wall cinematic action event, a sequel to the original sleeper hit Sisu from 2022. Returning to the house where his family was brutally murdered during the war, ‘the man who refuses to die’ (starring Jorma Tommila) dismantles it, loads it on a truck, and is determined to rebuild it somewhere safe in their honor.

“When the Red Army commander who killed his family (Stephen Lang from Don’t Breathe) comes back hellbent on finishing the job once and for all, a relentless, eye-popping cross-country chase ensues - a fight to the death, full of clever, unbelievable action set pieces.”

Along with Tommila and Lang, the sequel also brings Richard Brake into the mix, which just adds more badass villain energy to the carnage. Once again, Helander is writing and directing, with Petri Jokiranta and Mike Goodridge producing.

Sisu 2: Road to Revenge hits theaters nationwide on November 21, 2025. If this trailer is any indication, fans are in for a brutal, no-holds-barred ride that looks even more outrageous than the first.
