Barbara Hershey Joins Nick Nolte in Psychological Thriller EUGENE THE MARINE

Barbara Hershey (The X-Files, Black Swan, Damien) is set to join Nick Nolte in director Hank Bedford’s upcoming psychological thriller Eugene The Marine.

Nolte will play Gene, “a former marine and widower who finds his highly regimented life deteriorating after his son begins pressuring him to sell his longtime home.” Hershey will play Frances, “a mysteriously familiar woman who sparks a new chapter in his life.”

This seems like an interesting project for Hershey and Nolte, and they are sure to give great performances in it. Bedford will direct from a script he co-wrote with Cesare Gagliardoni.

Stephen Vincent will produce. Matthew Shreder of Concourse Media is executive-producing and selling during the TIFF market.
