Barry is back, and already he's causing trouble. A preview for next week's episode shows our hero in couples therapy with Iris, as the two struggle with who is the leader of Team Flash. Personally, I don't know why Iris is all the sudden team leader and not back at her job of being a journalist because there's no way they can afford that apartment on a one income household. That's just me, do you think Iris deserves to take charge or is this Barry's team?

The Flash is all new next Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
