Batman Fails Hard Against Two-Face in This Hilarious Pete Holmes Comedy Sketch
Gotham’s protector is back, and only in the way Pete Holmes can give us. He new comedy sketch Batman vs Two-Face, the Dark Knight becomes the world’s worst crimefighter as he completely fails to grasp that Harvey Dent and Two-Face are the same person.
While Two-Face is busy flipping his deadly coin and trying to play out the confrontation, Batman keeps making things painfully awkward, missing every obvious clue. It’s less “world’s greatest detective” and more “Gotham’s biggest disaster,” and it’s absolutely hilarious to watch unfold.
The viral sketch perfectly captures the absurdity of Holmes’ version of the character, known as “Badman.” As the description puts it:
“Meet Badman—Gotham’s most emotionally unstable (and least self-aware) caped crusader. In this viral sketch series, Pete Holmes dons the cowl to deliver a hilariously unhinged take on Batman that’s heavy on the voice, light on the logic, and painfully awkward in every way.
“From misinterpreting Bane to oversharing with Commissioner Gordon, Badman turns every dark night into a painfully funny mess. If you’ve ever wondered what it’d be like if Bruce Wayne had zero emotional intelligence but a ton of misplaced confidence—this is it.”
It’s ridiculous, over-the-top, and easily one of the funnier takes on Batman you’ll ever see.
