Batman Rebukes The Mystery Team in This Clip For SCOOBY-DOO! & BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD
A couple of months ago the first trailer was released for the upcoming animated film Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Warner Bros. Entertainment has now released a clip from the film that focuses on Batman meeting Mystery Team Inc. for the first time, and when he does he rebukes Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, and Scooby-Doo for loitering in a condemned building and tells them to leave the detective work to professionals, like himself. Things may start out a little rocky, but they all end up coming together to do a little sleuthing.
This movie actually looks like it could be fun. It's always fun to see Mystery Team Inc. crossover with other pop culture characters and properties! Here's the synopsis:
Super sleuths Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma join forces with the world’s greatest detective, Batman, when they discover that villains from both of their respective rogues’ galleries have also combined efforts to terrorize the city. With Scooby snacks in tow, the crime-fighting teams encounter classic Batman foes (Joker, Catwoman, Riddler, Penguin, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn) and allies (The Question, Aquaman, Plastic Man, Martian Manhunter) along with a bevy of fiends from Scooby-Doo lore (Spooky Space Kook, Gentleman Ghost, Miner 49er, Ghost Clown). As always, you won’t know who the ultimate villain is until those “meddling kids” pull off the mask!
