BATMAN: THE THREE JOKERS Fan Trailer Combines Ledger, Leto, and Phoenix in Crazy, Awesome Alt Gotham City
We have a very cool fan-made trailer for you to check out today for Batman: The Three Jokers. Comic writer Geoff Johns first got fans excited about this idea during the Darkseid War storyline, where he revealed the villainous trio in DC Rebirth #1.
Then came along YouTuber Eli Q, who made this incredible, studio-worthy trailer that combines the jokers of Heath Ledger, Jared Leto, and Joaquin Phoenix, with Ben Affleck as Batman, Margot Robbie as Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, JK Simmons as James Gordon, and Jack Nicholson as Joe Chill.
I did not love the most recent film Joker, and Affleck is not my favorite Batman, but this trailer actually looks so good, that I would go see this movie! I am totally intrigued by the idea of three Jokers! I hope the studios actually do make a movie based on this premise someday.
