BB-8 Meets the First Order's BB-9E Animated STAR WARS Short "Hey You"
BB-8 was a Star Wars star long before The Force Awakens hit theaters. His merchandise flew off the shelves as fans bought him up in anticipation for his big screen debut. But now the little ball droid may have met his match. As we learned just before Force Friday II, the First Order has an adorable rolly-poly droid of its own. Now the two droids are meeting for the first time in a fun 50 second animated short called Hey You.
In the short, we see BB-8 cruising through what appears to be a First Order hallway when he bumps into BB-9E who wants nothing to do with everyone's favorite ball droid.
Of course, both droids will appear in Star Wars: The Last Jedi when it hits theaters on December 15.
