BEAVIS AND BUTT-HEAD Reboot Confirmed for Season 2 with Announcement Teaser
Paramount+ has confirmed that Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butt-head reboot is getting a second season, and it came with an announcement promo featuring the two knuckleheads just laughing.
I enjoyed the first season of the reboot! It’s crazy how it didn’t seem to miss a beat with the silly comedy. I grew up watching the original series in the ‘90s, and it was like nothing had changed other than the type of content the two metal-loving idiots are watching with YouTube and TikTok videos. There was also another film released, Beavis And Butthead Do The Universe.
I’m so happy to hear that we’re getting a second season, and it’s coming back soon, next month, on April 20th with two new episodes!
In Mike Judge's Beavis and Butt-Head , Beavis and Butt-Head are back and stupider than ever.
Created and voiced by writer, producer and director Mike Judge, the characters of Beavis and Butt-Head originated in Judge's 1992 short film "Frog Baseball," which was broadcast by MTV's animation showcase "Liquid Television." After MTV commissioned a full series around the characters, "Beavis and Butt-Head" ran for seven seasons from March 8, 1993 to Nov. 28, 1997. The series was revived in 2011 with an eighth season airing on MTV. During its initial run, "Beavis and Butt-Head" received widespread critical acclaim for its satirical, scathing commentary on society. The show's popularity spawned various related media, including the theatrical film "Beavis and Butt-Head Do America" in 1996.
Are you excited to hear that Beavis and Butt-Head is getting a second season!?
