Become a Dhampir with This Free Unofficial DUNGEONS & DRAGONS Supplement

Sometimes, it’s fun to play around with being a different race in Dungeons & Dragons. Many fans are constantly thinking of what could be a really cool new race. Well, if you like vampires, you may want to check out the Dhampir Playable Race from Cody Faulk and P.B. Publishing.

This is a free unofficial supplement, so you can’t use it in official play and you’ll need to get permission from your DM to actually use it. As a Dhampir, you gain the ability to levitate, bite others, charm others once per rest, and more. However, you do suffer penalties while the sun is out. There are also variants available like one that lets you use spider climb for that extra creepy factor.

“While it is true that vampires, due to their undead nature, cannot bear children in the conventional sense, there are certain circumstances in which their vampiric essence can influence developing human lives in surprising ways. Though rare, these children are born alive and healthy but with some vampiric characteristics. These children are called dhampir, and though they are often regarded as the stuff of legends, they are not mere fiction.”
