Behind-the-Scenes Videos Show Sam Mendes' BEATLES Biopics Recreating Iconic Abbey Road Album Cover

Director Sam Mendes is working on four separate films that will chronicle the lives and careers of each of The Beatles, one of the most influential bands of all time.

The films are not yet titled, but casting has been revealed and filming is underway in England. A couple of videos have been released online which features the four stars of the films shooting a scene in which the bandmates cross the street for a photo shoot that becomes the iconic album cover Abbey Road.

In the film, Harris Dickinson plays John Lennon, Paul Mescal takes on Paul McCartney, Joseph Quinn embodies George Harrison, and Barry Keoghan steps in as Ringo Starr.

The supporting cast includes Saoirse Ronan as Linda McCartney, James Norton is Brian Epstein, Anna Sawai portrays Yoko Ono, Aimee Lou Wood takes on Pattie Boyd, Harry Lloyd plays George Martin, and Mia McKenna-Bruce appears as Maureen Starkey.

The Beatles - A Four-Film Cinematic Event is set to hit theaters in April 2028. Check out the videos below:
