Bella Thorne is Set To Star in a Mystery Thriller Called GIRL

Chad Faust is making his feature directorial debut with Girl and Bella Thorne (Assassination Nation, The DUFF) is set to star.

“Thorne will play a young woman who returns to her small hometown intent on killing her abusive father, only to discover someone else got to him first. As she searches for answers, the young woman uncovers a family legacy more dangerous than imagined.”

That sounds like an interesting thriller to me. My guess is that her family has a curse about being murderers or something. Faust’s previous directing credits were for the short films Baby Bleed and Oh God. Girl is currently scheduled to begin production in Canada in March.
