Bella Thorne Making Feature Directorial Debut With Untitled Thriller

Actress, musician, and author Bella Thorne, is adding yet another title to her resume, as she is taking on the role of director in a new feature film that is yet to be titled. The elevated thriller was written by Zander Coté. Thorne is planning on acting in the film as well, in a supporting role, but is keeping all information on the synopsis quiet for now.

David Bernon of Burn Later Productions is among the producers on the project, and he told Deadline the following about his take on Thorne’s vision for the film:

“We are thrilled to partner with Bella on her feature directing debut. She’s about to leave an indelible mark on the genre, and we can’t wait for audiences to discover her bold vision.”

If he says so. It’s hard to know if this could have any real value not knowing anything about the project. Thorne is hit or miss for me. She was cute in Blended. Otherwise, I’m not typically interested. But who knows? She could totally blow us away and bring a fresh new film to the masses. I’d be happy with that.
