Ben Affleck's Good Will Dunkin’ Super Bowl Ad Is the Most Unhinged '90s Sitcom Reunion
One of the fun commercials included in this year’s Super Bowl presentation was the Dunkin’ ad featuring Ben Affleck.
In what is described as a clip from a long-lost sitcom called “Good Will Dunkin’,” Affleck plays a genius that works at Dunkin’ Donuts, and he is joined in the scene by Friends actors Jennifer Aniston and Matt LeBlanc, Seinfeld alum Jason Alexander, Cheers favorite Ted Danson, Fresh Prince actor Alfonso Ribeiro, Steve Urkel himself, Jaleel White, and Jasmine Guy from A Different World.
NFL great and past Dunkin’/Affleck collaborator Tom Brady also joined in on the fun. Dunkin made a callback to 1990s TV because it wants to celebrate its first advertisement for iced coffee, which debuted in1995.
As part of the look back, Dunkin will give away 1.995 million free iced coffees of any size starting Monday, Feb. 9. Guests can redeem the offer using code GOODWILLDUNKIN in the Dunkin’ app.
Dunkin is also offering a limited collection of vintage apparel inspired by the 1990s – all sourced vintage shops in Boston! Fans can shop the collection at DunkinRunsOnMerch.com.
The Dunkin ad is the latest in a series of hilarious and star-studded spots Affleck has made for the coffee and pastry chain since 2023. Check out the new one below:
