Ben Mendelsohn Joins Shailene Woodley in The Serial Killer Thriller MISANTHROPE

Ben Mendelsohn (Rogue One, The Outsider, Ready Player One) has joined Shailene Woodley in the upcoming serial killer thriller Misanthrope. Mendelsohn is a hell of a talented actor and it’s always great to see him land jobs like this.

In the film, Woodley stars as “a talented but troubled cop who is recruited by the FBI to help profile and track a murderer.” Mendelsohn will take on the role of the lead cop.

The film is being helmed by Damian Szifron (Wild Tales) from a script he co-wrote with Jonathan Wakeham. Mendelsohn is currently shooting MGM’s Cyrano from director Joe Wright which stars Peter Dinklage, Haley Bennett, and Brian Tyree Henry.

It was also recently announced that Mendelsohn is set to star opposite Samuel L. Jackson in the recently announced Marvel Disney+ series Secret Invasion.
