Ben Stiller to Star in THREE IDENTICAL STRANGERS Limited Series Based on Crazy True Story

Actor and director Ben Stiller is in final talks to star in the limited series adaptation of the documentary Three Identical Strangers, based on the wild true story of Bobby Shafran, David Kellman, and Eddy Galland — identical triplets who were separated at birth only to be reunited later in life. Stiller would star as the three adult brothers.

Amy Lippman (Masters of Sex, In Treatment) is writing the script for the series, and a director has not yet been set. This is the synopsis for the doc:

Identical triplets become separated at birth and adopted by three different families. Years later, their amazing reunion becomes a global sensation, but it also unearths an unimaginable secret that has radical repercussions.

Stiller is best known for his acting and directing in films like The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Zoolander, Tropic Thunder.

I watched this documentary, and it is such a weird story. It takes you on quite a ride, and I can totally see Stiller playing the parts of these three brothers. But does that mean he gets paid three times his salary?
