Bend the Elements in DUNGEONS & DRAGONS as a Cleric with This Supplement
Who doesn’t dream of controlling at least one of the four elements? We love shows that let characters do that like in Avatar: The Last Airbender. In Dungeons & Dragons, players can do it too, but they have to choose to be either a Genasi or a Way of the Four Elements Monk. Apparently, someone wanted to control the elements as a Cleric as Cleric Domains - Air, Earth, Fire, and Water is an unofficial supplement for players to pick up.
My guess is that person was author Jason Steel. Steel has created four alternative domains for Clerics with each one granting control over a different element. The idea is that surely there are gods who control the elements and so a Cleric devoted to one of those gods could surely get similar powers. It’s a good idea, and I’m sure it wouldn’t be too much to extend the idea to Paladins for more options.
“On some worlds within the multiverse of Dungeons & Dragons, there are gods who have one or more aspects that embody one of the primal elements of air, earth, fire, or water. On others, clerics might worship and gain power from the primordials of each of those elements instead, connecting to them in much the same way most clerics do a divine power.
Presented here are four new domains, one for each element. These clerics all form a bond with a lesser elemental at 6th level, acting as a familiar for them.”
You can grab Cleric Domains - Air, Earth, Fire, and Water from DMs Guild for any price you see fit.
