Bill Mudron's Posters of Moments From Hayao Miyazaki's Films Are Breathtaking
Hayao Miyazaki's films are impressive. Maybe not for special effects or even story or acting every time, but for the beauty in the art that he creates. There is almost always at least one moment in each of his movies that make you go 'Wow'.
Artist Bill Mudron has recently released some posters and prints of those moments in a series of artwork he's created. The posters include moments from 11 of Miyazaki's films including Howls Moving Castle, The Wind Rises, and Spirited Away.
Even if you don't necessarily like anime or Miyazaki's films, these are some great atmospheric pieces of art. My personal favorite is the piece featuring the forest spirits from Princess Mononoke.
