Trailer for Billie Eilish's Disney Cinematic Concert HAPPIER THAN EVER: A LOVE LETTER TO LOS ANGELES

DIsney+ has shared a trailer for the new Billie Eilish cinematic concert Happier Than Ever A Love Letter to Los Angeles set to premiere September 3. This concert includes a lot of extra performers including FINNEAS, the Los Angeles Children's Chorus, the Los Angeles Philharmonic conducted by music and artistic director Gustavo Dudamel, and world renowned Brazilian guitarist Romero Lubambo, with orchestra arrangements by David Campbell. This cinematic concert will also include animated parts to take us through Eilish’s hometown as you can see in the trailer. If you are a fan of Eilish then this is a really cool way to experience an album as it will take us through the entirety of Happier Than Ever. I’m not a huge fan of hers, but I’m always intrigued at musicians trying out different ways of expressing their artistic vision for their albums. I also appreciate when musicians are able to make their concerts more widely available to the general public. While it doesn’t replace the feeling of being there live, it is fun to be able to see what can turn out to be iconic performances.
