Billy Zane Set to Star in a New Supernatural Thriller THE EVILRY

Billy Zane has joined the cast of the upcoming supernatural thriller The Evilry. He joins the previously cast Brec Bassinger, Elena Kampouris, Dylan Walsh, Marissa Reyes, Evan Ross, Tony Pierce, and Teri Polo.

The movie was written and directed by Alexander Garcia but there’s no information about the film’s story, but what we do know is that it’s a coming-of-age story centered on a visiting relative who is harboring a dark secret.

Zane’s recent roles include playing Marlon Brando in Waltzing with Brando, and he has an existentialist dark comedy titled INT.HALLWAY/NIGHT, which was acquired by Buffalo 8 during the Cannes Film Festival, which he wrote and directed.

I’ve always liked Zane and felt like his is an underrated actor, so it’s good to see him land roles like this.

Principal photography for the film is set to begin this month in Louisiana.
