BLACK MIRROR Season 6 Casts Zazie Beats, Josh Hartnett, Aaron Paul, Kate Mara, and More
A few months ago it was announced that Netflix would be developing a sixth season of its Twilight Zone-inspired anthology series Black Mirror. Today, the cast has been announced, and as expected, there are some great actors that have jumped on board!
Variety reports that the Season 6 cast includes Zazie Beetz, Paapa Essiedu, Josh Hartnett, Aaron Paul, Kate Mara, Danny Ramirez, Clara Rugaard, Auden Thornton and Anjana Vasan.
It’s noted in the report that “this casting specifically spans three episodes, and it’s understood more actors will join up for further episodes of the show.”
Black Mirror Season 5 only had three episodes, so it’s great to hear that this next season will be getting more than that!
Black Mirror was created by Charlie Brooker, and it’s an anthology series that taps into our collective unease with the modern world, with each stand-alone episode a sharp, suspenseful tale exploring themes of contemporary techno-paranoia leading to an unforgettable – and sometimes unsettling – conclusion. I’m a big fan of the Black Mirror series and I can’t wait to see what kind of stories that this sixth season will tell!
