Marvel has released a full Japanese trailer for Black Panther and it features some cool new footage that we haven't previously seen. Some of that footage offers a new look at the Vibranium mines that are hidden beneath Wakanda. It also offers new footage of the main villain in the film, Erik Kilmonger, who is played by Michael B. Jordan. If you're excited about Black Panther, you'll definitely want to watch this trailer!
Black Panther looks like it's going to be a visually stunning film. I really do love that Marvel is playing around with different visual styles of their cinematic universe and it's one thing I'm excited about seeing explored and played with more in the future films that Marvel makes.
Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther” follows T’Challa who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king. But when a powerful old enemy reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king—and Black Panther—is tested when he is drawn into a formidable conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people and their way of life.
Black Panther stars also stars Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Forest Whitaker, Andy Serkis, and Angela Bassett. It's set to open in theaters on February 16, 2017.
