The Black Panther team put in some serious work to get Michael B. Jordan's scarred look just right for the film. Unfortunately, that epic waterfall battle scene meant they had to keep getting it just right as the makeup would come off due to the extensive body contact and water present during. Makeup artist Joel Harlow explained how the team got the job done as well as explained the inspiration behind some of the film's most interesting looks.
