Black Widow is The Host of a New Symbiote in Marvel Comics, Check Out Her New Suit
Marvel Comics is making Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow the host of a new Venom-like symbiote and as you might expect, she comes complete with her very own symbiote suit. This is a big and interesting change, and apparently, it’s for the long haul.
Black Widow will become the host of a new symbiote in the upcoming Venom #27, which will be released in November. Writer Torunn Grønbekk and artist Julius Ohta are taking over as the creative team, with the character design for Black Widow’s new suit coming from CAFU.
The description of the comic reads: “THE VENOM OF THE WIDOW! After the birth of an all-new symbiote, what familiar face will cross its path and become its first host?! And will that host be able to resist the symbiote’s corrupting and violent influence? Perhaps the bigger question: Will the symbiote be able to survive THEIRS?!”
Marvel shared art of Black Widow’s new look during Comic-Con this past weekend and they’ve now released it online to share. It’s pretty interesting to see that Black Widow is bonding with a new symbiote! There are some cool espionage story concepts to play with here.
Black Widow has now also got a whole new set of abilities and weapons at her disposal, which is gonna be fun.
