BLADE RUNNER 2 Writer Hired to Write WOLVERINE 3
Michael Green, the screenwriter of films such as Blade Runner 2 and Green Lantern, has been hired to write Wolverine 3 for director James Mangold and 20th Century Fox. He was previously brought in by the studio to to work on the script for Prometheus 2.
Mangold is set to direct Wolverine 3, and the film is expected to be Hugh Jackman’s last time playing the character. I’ve got to say, I’ve really enjoyed watching him grow into this role. Jackman is Wolverine, and it’s going to be so strange when someone else and puts on those claws.
The previous script for the film was written by David James Kelly, and according to Patrick Stewart, we might actually see Logan and Professor Xavier team up for some kind of adventure. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on March 3rd, 2017.
