The official runtime for Blade Runner 2049 has been revealed, and it clocks in at 2 hours and 32 minutes. As Variety points out, that's over 30 minutes longer than the original film which was just under two hours. That runtime doesn't include credits by the way, which add an additional 11 minutes to the overall runtime when included.
Ultimately, I'm fine with the film running a little long considering we'll probably not get another film after this. Let's just hope we get all the answers we could ever want from the universe in that two and a half hours! Blade Runner 2049 releases October 6th.
