Bluefin is Now Going to Have POKEMON Models

Bluefin has added Pokémon to their list of properties that it is making models for through Bandai Spirits Hobby. These models will be launching Spring 2020 with three of Pokémon’s most iconic monsters: Eevee, Mewtwo, and Pikachu. These PokePla (Pokémon Plastic Models) look like they’ll be a lot of fun and will range from 3-5 inches tall. You will not need glue, but nippers or sprue cutters are highly recommended by the company and I will echo that. If you want to get into models, sprue cutters are the best investment ever.

As you can see, the models look pretty good and fairly simple. My one thing is that Pikachu looks weird. It almost feels like the took the body of the classic, fat Pikachu and then threw on the head of the more modern, thinner Pikachu. Am I crazy? Is it just these pictures?

More Pokémon will be released later this year, who do you hope makes the cut? I’m hoping for Blastoise and Torterra personally.
