BOND 25 Moves Forward Without Danny Boyles Script and New Script Had Been Approved

The producers of Bond 25 are moving forward with the project without the script that was written for Danny Boyle’s version of the film. This was expected and they have already approved a new script that will be written by screenwriters Neal Purvis and Robert Wade.

These guys have been working on the 007 franchise since 199'9’s The World in Not Enough. The producers liked the treatment they turned in and now they will write the script.

The studio is still on the hunt for a director and some of the names still on the list of possibilities include Edgar Wright, Yann Demange (‘71), and David Mackenzie (Hell or High Water). I would personally love to see Wright take on the Bond franchise! He would do some crazy fun stuff with it if he was allowed to. He would bring some cool style and flare to the franchise.

Nothing has been revealed in regards to the story, but Daniel Craig will return to the role to kick some ass.
