BOND 25 Will Bring Back Lea Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes and More
Some new details have emerged for director Cary Joji Fukunaga’s Bond 25. We don’t have any story details, but we do know some familiar faces who will be returning!
Lea Seydoux, who played psychiatrist Dr Madeleine Swann in Spectre, will be back in the next James Bond adventure. Bond star Daniel Craig wanted her back, and apparently so did the director.
There are a few other characters that will be returning as well. Fukunaga told Daily Mail that Lea will be returning with regulars Ralph Fiennes as M, Ben Whishaw as Q, and Naomie Harris as Moneypenny.
When talking about why he is bringing back these actors for the role, the director said:
“You have some of the best actors in the world here. Why wouldn't I have the best coming back?!”
We have no idea how the story arcs for these characters will turn out, but we’ll eventually find out. The screenplay for Bond 25 is being written by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade who have been working on the 007 franchise since 1999’s The World in Not Enough.
I’m can’t wait to see how this story continues and brings an end to Daniel Craig’s time as James Bond.
Bond 25 is scheduled to release February 14, 2020.
