BOOM! Studios Hypes Up MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS #101 Which Will Start the Recharged Era in Comics
BOOM! Studios recently announced the next era of Power Rangers comics is titled Recharged. Starting with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #101 and following the Charge to 100, the comic series will go in a “bold new direction” for our heroes. The series will be written by Melissa Flores (Power Rangers, The Dead Lucky) and drawn by Simona Di Gianfelice (All-New Firefly) at this point, and I’m very interested to see where we go. It’s hard to guess as we haven’t even finished Charge to 100!

Flores shared her excitement with fans:
Being able to write MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS is a literal dream come true, and I can't stop pinching myself. The coming issues will feature a wild ride that will aim to honor the incredible history of this iconic series, and push the Rangers to their absolute limits.

Fans will be able to read Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #101 in October with a main cover by Mateus Manhanini that seems to feature the Metallic Armor version of the Rangers. Could this be a clue? Variant covers will be available from Bon Bernardo, Francesco Tomaselli, David Mack, Dani Pendergast, and more.
