BOY SCOUTS VS. ZOMBIES Moves Forward with a Director
I have to admit, it's going to be really fun watch a group of 12-year-old Boy Scouts putting their survival skills to the test when they are attacked by a horde of zombies. Boy Scouts Vs. Zombies has been inching toward production for over a year now, and it looks like Paramount Pictures has locked down a director. That director is Christopher Landon, who has worked on a few of the Paranormal Activity films, and even directed the upcoming Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones. I don't know if he's the right person for the job or not, but the movie sounds like it could be entertaining no matter who is directing it.
The movie comes from the 2010 Black List script written by Carrie Evans and Emi Mochizuki. I love the concept of a group of Boy Scouts taking on zombies, and I can see the hilariously violent potential.
I wasn't a big fan of going to Boy Scouts when I was growing up. I got all my zombie survival skills from the movies I watched, and the books I read. Who do you think would have the best chance of survival during a zombie Apocalypse? A group of Boy Scouts or a group of movie geeks?
