#BoycottSony Is Trending on Twitter and MCU Fans Have Created an Event to Storm Sony and Bring Back Spider-Man
Since news broke yesterday about Sony’s decision to throw a fit and take their Spider-Man and go home, fans have sprung into action, letting the company know we are not happy with their stupid decision! The hashtag #boycottsony started trending this afternoon, and we all know that geeks can hold grudges and stand their ground, so I guess we will see how pans out.
Not only that, but a Facebook event has been created called "Storm Sony And Bring Spider-Man Home To The MCU." There are already over 500 people who’ve marked “going” to the event, which is said to be taking place on Halloween, at Sony Studios, of course. You can check the progress, and/or sign up to attend at the link above.
Hopefully these public outcries will get negotiations to start back up, as fans are seriously pissed off about this development. Spidey belongs with Marvel. He is an Avenger, and can’t just go on to live in a world parallel to the one he’s been in the past several years. It screws with continuity and story and everything they’ve built! So I’m jumping on the bandwagon. BoycottSony! Are you with me?

We love our Spider-Man! You ruined the character twice, we don't want to be disappointed for the third time.
