Brad Pitt Has "Technical Issues" In New Trailer For Netflix's WAR MACHINE

Brad Pitt is no stranger to playing military leaders, several of his most iconic roles are characters with military authority, think Inglourious Basterds, and Fury. As we see in this newest trailer for Netflix's War Machine, his latest role is quite a bit different than anything else he's ever done. This looks like it should be pretty funny and I'm looking forward to seeing it.

A pitch-black war story for our times, writer-director David Michôd (Animal Kingdom) recreates a U.S. General’s roller-coaster rise and fall as part reality, part savage parody – raising the specter of just where the line between them lies today. His is an absurdist look at a born leader’s ultra-confident march right into the dark heart of folly. At the story’s core is Brad Pitt’s sly take on one of the most polarizing war figures of a generation.

War Machine also has an impressive supporting cast that includes Tilda Swinton, Sir Ben Kingsley, Anthony Michael Hall, Topher Grace, Will Poulter, Lakeith Stanfield, Emory Cohen, John Magaro, RJ Cyler, Alan Ruck, Scoot McNairy, and Meg Tilly.

War Machine arrives on Netflix to stream on May 26. For more of our coverage on War Machine
