Brandon Routh's Kingdom Come Superman Poses with Tyler Hoechlin's SUPERGIRL Superman in New CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS Image
We’ve got a new photo from the set of DC’s Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event series to share with you today. This is a great one as it features Brandon Routh's Kingdom Come Superman meeting Tyler Hoechlin's Earth-38 version of Superman from the Supergirl series and they are both in costume.
I just wish that Tom Welling would have joined in on the fun in this image! I seriously doubt he’s going to suit up in a Superman costume, though. I’d be shocked if he did.
A lot of fans are excited for this crossover, even the fans that don’t even watch any of these shows. This is going to be epic!
Production on the event series started shooting recently and is expected to continue through October. The series will feature a crossover story features characters the main characters from Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman, Black Lightning, Smallville and more. The heroes will unite to save the multiverse from a dangerous threat.
The epic crossover will also feature a ton of other guest stars that include Erica Durance as Lois Lane (Smallville), LaMonica Garrett as The Monitor/Anti-Monitor, Jon Cryer as Lex Luthor, Cress Williams as Black Lightning, John Wesley Shipp as Barry Allen/The Flash (Earth-90), Johnathon Schaech as Jonah Hex, Osric Chau as Ryan Choi/The Atom, Ashley Scott as Helena Kyle/Huntress (Birds of Prey), Kevin Conroy as future Bruce Wayne and Burt Ward in an undisclosed role. There’s also Brandon Routh as Kingdom Come Superman and Tom Cavanagh (The Flash) who is expected to play Pariah in addition to Harrison Wells as well as the Reverse-Flash. Lynda Carter might also show up in the role of Wonder Woman!
