Brandon Sanderson is Launching a Leather-Bound 10th Anniversary Edition of THE WAY OF KINGS Via Kickstarter

Brandon Sanderson is celebrating 10 years of his novel The Way of Kings, the first book of The Stormlight Archive. The book is being released in a gorgeous leather-bound novel that is so big, it has been split into two volumes. The books will also feature a satin-ribbon bookmark; full-color endpapers with art by Howard Lyon, Isaac Stewart, and Michael Whelan; and an 8-page gallery of beautiful artwork including cover illustrations, commissioned pieces, and fan art. This is a very popular and successful title for fantasy fans who are already embracing this release on Kickstarter like crazy.
The Kickstarter campaign raised more than $1 million in under 15 minutes and is currently the most-funded publishing project of all time on the crowdsourcing platform. It currently sits at about $3.84 million with over 13,000 backers, and there are still just under 30 days to go. This is going to be a crazy successful run.
