We have the lovely first trailer for Disney’s live-action Lady and the Tramp for you to enjoy, that was released today at Disney’s D23 convention. It is beautiful, full of adventure and love, the rendition of the song Belle Note swells in the background, and they chose the absolute cutest dogs as the stars. The original animation is one of my absolute favorites from childhood, and I am so looking forward to this movie!

Tessa Thompson (Thor: Ragnarok, Creed) and Justin Theroux (The Girl on the Train, Maniac) star as Lady and Tramp, with Janelle Monáe as Peg, Thomas Mann and Kiersey Clemons as Lady’s owners, Jim Dear and Darling, as well as Sam Elliott, Ashley Jensen, Yvette Nicole Brown, Benedict Wong, Arturo Castro, Adrian Martinez, Jason Burkey, and Parvesh Cheena.
