Bring Your D&D NPCs to Life with ADAPTABLE NPCS

NPCs are an often-overlooked part of playing a tabletop RPG such as Dungeons & Dragons. However, sometimes NPCs can be one of the best parts of the game. For example, in Critical Role, everyone loves Pumat Sol. Players will sometimes also throw you a curve ball with how they interact with said NPCs. For instance, my friends and I convinced an NPC to join us for part of an adventure. Needless to say, it threw our DM for a loop with what to do when we hit combat. Well, if you need help with fleshing out your NPCs, you may want to look at Trevor Armstrong’s Adaptable NPCs. This unofficial supplement includes 70 NPCs with generic names but beautiful art, some lore, and even a stat block. This should help provide a nice template for any NPC you need. Also, you will get 8 adventures to help introduce some of the NPCs.

You can grab Adaptable NPCs for $11.95 over at DMs Guild.
