Bruce Campbell Isn't Done With Ash Williams Yet! He'll Be Back For an EVIL DEAD Video Game!

After Starz ended up canceling Ash vs. Evil Dead, Bruce Campbell announced that he would be retiring from the character. It was a sad time for horror fans, but... it looks like he's coming back to reprise the role of Ash one more time!

Bloody-Disgusting is reporting that there is a new Evil Dead video game in development and Campbell will be providing the voice of Ash! While speaking to Campbell in an interview, he said:

"I have previous obligations I have to fulfill. They are doing a video game. A whole immersive kind of dealio. I’ll be Ash for that, because I wouldn’t want someone else’s voice hamming it up."

He wouldn't go into any details on the game, but maybe the word "immersive" means that it could have something to do with VR. That would be cool! Over the years, Campbell has provided the voice for Ash for multiple Evil Dead video games, including Evil Dead: Hail to the King, Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick and Evil Dead: Regeneration.

I'll be looking forward to seeing how this new game turns out and I think it's great that Campbell came back to reprise his role for it!
