Bryan Cranston on MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE Reunion Movie Talks Saying It'd Be "Fun To Do"
Malcolm in the Middle was such a fun show, and over the years there has been talk about the possibility of getting the gang back together for a reunion of sorts. Last year in October, series creator Linwood Boomer teased the idea, saying:
"We're talking about it. We all think it would be fun if we get the right idea. Honestly, it would be going much faster if everyone wasn't so annoying."
Series star Frankie Muniz, who is a NASCAR driver now, added that Brian Cranston was also "kind of heading writing the script and getting everything rolling." He also said he’d be “down 100 percent." Cranston recently addressed the reunion while talking to E! News, and confirmed that there have been talks, and that he thinks it would be fun to do:
"There was some talk about the possibility of doing, like, a reunion movie of Malcolm in the Middle. We had such a great family on that, and I certainly would be open to that if there was a good idea that came up – like, 'Oh, that would be fantastic to explore what happened to this family 20 years later.' I can't believe it's already that, but that would be fun to do."
It would be so cool and interesting to get caught up with this crazy family after all these years! Fun fact, I used to do extra work on the show with my brother for fun, so we’re in a few episodes! Would you like to see a Malcolm in the Middle reunion movie?
