Build Your Own STAR TREK Phaser
I don't know about you, but I've always wanted one of the classic phasers from the original Star Trek series. I've owned some cheap-ass looking toys over the years, but I've always wanted one that looks like the real thing. The newest episode of DIY Prop Shop shows us how to build one for under $50! As you'll see, this thing actually turns out to be pretty awesome. This is one I might actually attempt to make.
