Bullets Fly in New Trailer For Natalie Portman's Western JANE GOT A GUN
Jane Got A Gun has an uphill battle ahead of it. The film experienced some major production problems when its original director bailed the day filming was supposed to begin, but the producers ultimately brought on director Gavin O'Connor to direct, and it looks like he's been able to salvage the movie. Still, the perception right now is that this film had a hard time making it to screen, so it has a chip on its shoulder; it's going to have to be pretty fantastic for it to be remembered for anything other than its off-screen troubles. Thankfully, this new trailer from Lionsgate makes the film look pretty solid, and I'm definitely curious to see if it's going to be able to overcome its past and deliver some awesome western action.
Jane Got A Gun arrives in theaters sometime next year.
