Carrie Fisher Is in Stable Condition Following Her Heart Attack Last Week
As you all know, on Friday Carrie Fisher suffered a major heart attack on an airplane that left her in critical condition. I'm happy to report that she has pulled through and is currently in stable condition. The news of her recovery comes from her mother Debbie Reynolds on her Facebook page in which she says:
"My daughter, Carrie Fisher, is in stable condition. If there is any change, the family will share the information at that time. To all her friends and fans, I thank you all for your prayers and good wishes."
It's so good to hear that she is doing well after the frightening ordeal of being in full cardiac arrest. Fisher reportedly stopped breathing for several minutes. She was rushed into intensive care at the hospital where she was put on assisted breathing.
I'm happy to hear that she is doing better, and I hope that she has a full and speedy recovery. Our thoughts are with her and her family as they are going through all this scary time in their lives.
