CASTLEVANIA's Adi Shankar Rumored To Be Working On a LEGEND OF ZELDA TV Series
Adi Shankar has made Castlevania an animated hit on Netflix, and now it appears the producer may soon do the same with an iconic Nintendo franchise.
The Wrap is reporting it’s learned that Shankar and Nintendo have reached an agreement for him to adapt The Legend of Zelda. While no confirmation on that has come from Nintendo, Shankar did post the following statement on Instagram on Monday.
A Legend of Zelda television series would be huge! It’s also a little hard to imagine, as the biggest hurdle to face may be making the iconic Link a speaking character without making it like that awful series from back in the day. Of course, we don’t know for sure it’s going to be a Legend of Zelda series.
