Celebrate 25 Years of the Best POWER RANGERS Couple with the New Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa Lightning Collection 2-Pack

25 years ago in the second season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa were wed. It’s a very interesting and fun set of episodes that results in one of the best villain power couples ever. To celebrate the occasion, Hasbro recently announced the 25th Silver Wedding Anniversary 2-Pack for their Lightning Collection of collectible figures. The 2-pack features the two villains as well as some great accessories including a wedding cake!

Fans were pretty quick to notice that the updated Lord Zedd figure has silver on his fingers and a corrected curve on the bottom of the staff. My favorite reaction to the announcement, though, comes from Twitter user @spandextrose:
