Celebrate the Holidays in D&D By Defending Plakatomi Nakaza in ROLLING THE DIE HARD

Die Hard is an incredible Christmas movie (fight me). Dungeons & Dragons is a fun tabletop roleplaying game (TTRPG). George Nixon seems to have taken some inspiration from the first to create a fun one-shot for the second. Rolling the Die Hard sees a party of 3rd level characters trying to enjoy some merriment at Platomi Nakaza during the winter solstice celebrations. This sounds like a great time of D&D during the holiday season with friends and family.

This winter solstice, the elite of the sprawling city of Baldur’s Gate are throwing a soiree at the gleaming trade spire, Platomi Nakaza. Sure, dark forces are in motion, but aren’t they always? As a weary adventurer returning from the wilds, you’re just looking forward to an evening of posh nibbles, corporate luxury and chitchat. What could go wrong?

Welcome to the party, pal.
