Character Names and More Details Leak For Syfy Show KRYPTON

We have more information for you regarding Syfy's Superman prequel Krypton via TV Line. We already knew the series would be starring Seg-El, who is the father of Jor-El and the grandfather of Superman. Today we learned that Superman's great-grandfather Ter-El and his great-great-grandfather Val-El will also be in the show. Val-El apparently alludes death by escaping into the Phantom Zone, so that's interesting...

Other characters of note show that the House of Zod will be present, with the character Alura Zod making an appearance. We also learn that Dev-Em will be in the show. For those not familiar, Dev-Em becomes the rival to Superboy and eventually transitions into a good guy in the 30th century on Earth.

I'm really curious as to how this show will turn out! Right now I'm hoping I'll be pleasantly surprised, but it seems like a tall order for Syfy to fill. Then again, they surprised me earlier this year with The Expanse, so I do have some hope reserved for the series.
