The New CHARLIE'S ANGELS Film Takes The Previous Release Date For WONDER WOMAN 1984
If you were getting excited for the Charlie’s Angels reboot starring Ella Balinska, Naomi Scott, and Kristen Stewart, you’ll have to wait a little longer. The film was originally planned for release on September 27, 2019. However, ComingSoon reports that Sony has changed the date to Wonder Woman 1984’s old spot, November 1, 2019. That’s a very mild push considering many films are pushed back several months.
“Since the original films, The Townsend Agency has grown considerably and gone global, providing security and intelligence services to a wide variety of private clients with offices and highly-trained teams worldwide. This film focuses on one of those teams.”
Charlie’s Angels was written by Carlo Bernard and Doug Miro. Elizabeth Banks will direct, produce, and star in the film as a Bosley. Djimon Hounsou and Patrick Stewart are also set to play different Bosleys.
