Charlize Theron and Kerry Washington Sign on to Paul Feig's Netflix Film THE SCHOOL FOR GOOD AND EVIL
Charlize Theron and Kerry Washington have signed on to star in director Paul Feig’s Netflix movie The School For Good and Evil. The synopsis reads, “Based on the young adult fantasy novel by Soman Chainani, the story follows best friends Sophie and Agatha as they are kidnapped to the School for Good and Evil. After their fortunes are reversed, their friendship is put to the test as the duo attempt to return home. Washington is playing Professor Dovey and Theron is portraying Lady Lesso — two looming figures at the mysterious house of education.”
They join previously cast Sophia Anne Caruso, who is playing Sophia, and Sofia Wylie, who is portraying Agatha. Feig made the announcement about the casting news on his Twitter page, and you can check that out below. This was obviously a fantastic get for the project, as both of these women are incredible actresses. The School For Good and Evil is currently in preproduction.
