Carol Azevedo is an incredible freelance concept artist from Brazil and she recently completed a set of Sailor Moon fan art that’s incredible. All nine Sailor Scouts were drawn in military garb and it’s absolutely incredible. I love all of them so much, I don’t know that I can pick a favorite (except Mars is always my favorite).
