Check Out Lisa Mancini's Venusaur Armored Gijinka Cosplay
Gijinka is a pretty popuilar trend that sees non-humans turned into humans. One of the latest examples that I’ve seen is Lisa Mancini’s (Instagram|Twitter) cosplay of Venusaur from Pokémon. Mancini imagined an armored, humanoid take on Venusaur that takes the giant flower from the tree on the Pokémon’s back and turned it into a shield. The leaves from the tree are used to form a skirt as well. I think this is a really cool take on the Pokémon. The photos were taken by Ryan Camacho (Personal|Professional).
