Check Out The Silver Edition of FIZBAN'S TREASURY OF DRAGONS for D&D From Beadle & Grimm's
Beadle and Grimm’s (B&G) recently released their Silver Edition of Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons for Dungeons & Dragons. They were kind enough to send me a copy and it is incredible, particularly if you have an in-person game. I didn’t get a video unboxing it this time, but you can check out a myriad of pictures below and read about the breakdown that follows.
First, you get a really cool box. Second, you get a cool coin of completion, a dragon tooth necklace, some scarab pins, battle maps, artwork, magic item and spell cards, cards that show creatures to your players and statblocks to you, a booklet of 10 encounters called Dragon Tales from the Warehouse, and the entirety of Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons that has been broken into 4 smaller books, and more. If you want to use Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons for your adventures and campaigns, this is a fantastic way to do it. Everything is of high quality and having the book split up has a lot of convenient uses. If you’re just creating a character, you only need the first book. If you need the bestiary, you only need the fourth book. It’s surprising how nice it sounds if you don’t use a digital toolset.
I couple of minor critiques that I have are based on my personal taste and not because the product is poorly designed. I would like some kind of sealable bag or box for the different encounter cards and artwork cards. I also would’ve liked statblocks on the magic item and spell cards although then you have to adjust it so you lose the description or you lose the cool artwork.
You can purchase the Silver Edition of Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons from B&G directly for $185 plus shipping. Like I said, if you play in person and you like having physical books, cards, etc., then this is a fantastic bundle.
